creating the music to go with the BBC ident. i started the music with some nice/groovy chords with nice smooth drums with a disk scratch to give the music a little more punch. making a more relaxed vibe for the ident will help because BBC THREE is typically identified as more of a late night channel and would be less likely to appeal to young viewers who would more than likely want to listen to something upbeat. composing music for a short ident and composing a track are both similar in some aspects. short films the music must match what the video represents to give of the feel of the clip.
